Xentry Ignition Enabler |work| Jun 2026
Some modules physically require high-voltage relays to click closed before they can power up. If a module lacks physical power, a software enabler will allow XENTRY to search for it, but the module will still show as "Unresponsive" or lacking communication.
Xentry will now bypass the "Turn on ignition" prompt. You can scan all available control units, clear codes, and perform programming functions. Safety and Best Practices xentry ignition enabler
When a control module—such as an Engine Control Unit (MED17, SID310, etc.), an Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS/EZS), or an Instrument Cluster—is removed from the vehicle for cloning, repair, or virginization, it sits on a workbench. Without the rest of the vehicle's wiring harness and key system, there is no physical way to turn the "ignition" on. The enabler allows XENTRY to talk to the isolated module on the bench via a breakout cable. 2. All Keys Lost (AKL) Situations Some modules physically require high-voltage relays to click
