Plantronics (now operating under HP Poly) provides two official applications for managing and upgrading your speakerphone's software. Option A: HP Poly Lens (Recommended)

Available for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS, Plantronics Hub was the original tool for firmware management. It allowed users to change voice languages, check battery levels, and install updates. The user manual directs users to plantronics.com/software to download Hub. To perform a manual recovery or forced update, users open Plantronics Hub, navigate to Help > Support > Firmware Updates & Recovery , and enter the Product ID (PID) to complete the recovery.
