Now that your encrypted game file and visual assets are ready, you can assemble them into an installable PKG package. Switch to the tab within the PS2 Classics GUI. Enter the Title ID you fetched in Step 1.
Download and install on your PC. Launch the application. Click on the Encrypt tab.
A custom PKG looks best when it features original game artwork on the PS3 Cross Media Bar (XMB) instead of a blank placeholder icon.
The tool will automatically scan the ISO and attempt to fetch the correct Game ID (e.g., SLUS_212.69 for North America). If it fails to do so, look up the correct ID for your disc region and enter it manually. Click the button.
: Click on the PARAM.SFO options. Set the minimum firmware target to 4.21 . Ensure the Content ID matches the PS2 Classics template syntax ( 2P0001-PS2XXXXXX_00-0000000000000000 ).
: Required for the GUI to function on Windows.
Load your newly created ISO.BIN.ENC file into the designated slot.
