Method 1: Cloud Streaming via PlayStation Plus (The Official Way)
You will need to download the emulator, obtain a legal copy (or "dump") of the PS2 or PS3 game disc, and run the ISO/PKG file through the emulator software.
Insert your original Shadow of the Colossus PS2 disc into your PC's DVD drive and use a tool like ImgBurn to create an ISO file.
