Rijal al-Kashshi is a foundational Twelver Shi'ite work of ( 'ilm al-rijal ) used to assess the reliability of hadith narrators. The original text by Muhammad ibn Umar al-Kashshi was later abridged by the prominent scholar Shaykh Tusi.
