The organization was so large that its investigation, codenamed "Operation Spade" by the Toronto Police Service, eventually covered over 50 countries, led to the arrest of 348 people worldwide, and resulted in the rescue of 386 children. When police raided the operation in 2011, they seized hundreds of thousands of photos and videos.
