The story follows Raghava, a cinematographer who suffers from an extreme fear of ghosts (nyctophobia). He accompanies his producer, Nandini (Taapsee Pannu), to a supposedly haunted house to film a fake horror show to boost their TV channel's TRP ratings. To their terror, they are actually haunted by five vengeful spirits. Both Raghava and Nandini become possessed, and the film explores the mystery of these ghosts and their quest for revenge.
