: A known conflict can occur after a Windows 11 24H2 update. A suggested fix is to remove any existing Canon/UFRII/ScanGear drivers using the printui /s /t2 command (press Win+R to run it). Then, reboot your computer, download and reinstall the latest MF Drivers and the MF Scan Utility from Canon's website while your printer's USB cable is disconnected. Only plug the printer back in after the installation finishes.
