The patch doesn't just change names; it changes the look of the game:
Install a fresh copy of PES 2013 (Version 1.04 is required).
Adds fully licensed versions of the German Bundesliga and the English Sky Bet Championship.
Note: Standalone 4.1 full versions exist but are rare. Most get 4.0 then update.
