When you launch Digitizer Jr for the first time, it will scan the USB ports for the dongle. If found, the software will open in Full Edition mode. If not found, you will see "Demo Mode."

You cannot get a fully functional version of Digitizer Jr for free unless you already own the dongle. The software download is useless without the hardware key.
