By the events of the material collected in the second volume, Konrad has already used three of his seven magical seals, allowing him to meet and consort with three different goddesses. The narrative functions as a continuous, serialized story. While each "encounter" could be read as a self-contained erotic scene, the primary drive of the second issue is the overarching mystery: Who is Arsinoe? The text emphasizes Konrad's growing desire to meet "Arsinoe, the youngest daughter of Isis," a deity whom her six elder sisters vehemently warn him about.
