Let’s talk about the title card. Animal Control has always had a "CGI/real animal" mix, but Season 2’s budget seems to have gotten a shot of adrenaline.
Season 2 picks up directly from the events of the first season's finale. Frank’s partner, Shred (Michael Rowland), is wallowing over the blossoming relationship between his coworker and former crush, Emily (Vella Lovell), and her new boyfriend, Rick (Kevin Bigley). To cheer him up, Frank proposes a special day of fun, which Shred immediately dubs "Shred's Day," involving a trampoline park and waffles. Animal Control - Season 2
