Hakeem Muhammad Abdullah was born in 1904 in Rori, District Sirsa, in present-day Haryana, India, in a family with a long legacy of Unani medicine, religious scholarship, and authorship. His father, Maulana Muhammad Suleman, was a respected physician and an Islamic preacher, known for his piety. However, in an interesting twist of fate, his father initially refused to enroll him in school. As his son later recounted, the elder Saheb believed that worldly education would corrupt children. Thus, Abdullah’s formal education began relatively late; he eventually joined the Madrassa Islamia in Sirsa to memorize the Quran and study Persian and Arabic. hakeem muhammad abdullah books pdf work
