Unlike PCs, where save files sit in open directories, the PlayStation 4 environment encrypts save data using a console-specific encryption key. This means you cannot simply download another player's save file, put it on a USB drive, and boot it up on your console. The PS4 will recognize that the save file belongs to a different PlayStation Network (PSN) Account ID and flag it as corrupted or unreadable.
